(Muda) alternative site allotment case. Krishna has challenged the Feb 7 order of a single bench rejecting his petition seeking a CBI investigation of the case.
A division bench comprising Chief Justice NV Anjaria and Justice KV Aravind ordered notice to state and central govts, CBI, Lokayukta police, and Devaraju, the original owner of the land in question.
