Working president of Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) K.T. Rama Rao has condemned the trolling of his party colleague and former IPS officer R.S. Praveen Kumar on social media and the comments made against him in the name of caste.
“Mr. R.S. Praveen Kumar is one of the most humble and kind humans I have met. He works tirelessly towards a better world, every single day. He could’ve held on to his plush job and not care a damn for the society around, but his conscience didn’t allow him to”, Mr. Rama Rao said in a statement on Sunday and added that “I am proud of being his colleague”.
He said, “To troll him (Mr. Praveen Kumar) in the name of caste is an indicator of how low we have fallen as a society.” To those that are saying casteist nonsense, “I hope you all become humans soon”, Mr. Rama Rao said.
