The Sudduguntepalya Police arrested a 30-year-old bike taxi driver for molesting and robbing a girl in a Paying Guest (PG) accommodation at knife point while she was sleeping on August 29.
The accused, Naresh Pattem, hailing from Madanapalli, Andhra Pradesh, was caught based on technical evidence from Shikaripalya in Electronics City. According to the police Naresh is a habitual offender involved in two robbery cases in his home town in 2021. The accused got out on bail and came to the city to work as a gig worker.
